1.The working conditions of the sintering machine grid bars are very harsh, with temperature changes large. During sintering, the temperature of the grid bars is generally 800℃ to 1000℃, but after unloading, the temperature rapidly drops to 100℃ to 300℃ in the air. They work in a medium containing CO, CO2, SO2 and water vapor, and are subject to impact and friction from sintering ore.
2. The main component of the sintering grid bar is commonly made of high-temperature nickel alloy. During the sintering process, the unacceptable particles taken from the sintering finished ore are used as a bedding material on the grid bar to prevent sticking, clogging, and agglomeration with the mixture, which seriously affects the production capacity and economic and technical indicators of the sintering ore.
