Project Overview
In 2016, Tianyu successfully completed the supplier qualification process for Danieli Corus and became an approved manufacturer and supplier of blast furnace cooling equipment.
Danieli Corus is a global supplier of equipment and technology for the primary metals industry. As part of the qualification process, Tianyu's manufacturing capabilities and blast furnace cooling equipment were subject to inspection and evaluation by Danieli Corus' Technical Inspector and Senior Mechanical Engineers.
Inspection and Qualification
Tianyu's blast furnace cooling equipment successfully passed the required inspection, meeting the relevant technical and quality requirements of Danieli Corus.
The qualification process demonstrated Tianyu's manufacturing capability and quality control experience in the production of cast iron cooling equipment for blast furnace applications.
Project Result
Following the successful qualification, Danieli Corus BV signed a supply contract with Hebei Tianyu High-Tech Metallurgical Casting Co., Ltd. on 17 June 2016.
This project marked the beginning of Tianyu's cooperation with Danieli Corus and represented an important step in the company's development as a supplier to international metallurgical equipment projects.
