TÜV SÜD Finished the Inspection towards Tianyu Cast Iron Cooling Staves on behalf of India Customer SLR Metaliks
Beginning on April 18, 2020, TÜV SÜD technical representative conducted multiple on-site inspections at Tianyu factory regarding SLR Metaliks stave cooler project.

With the assistance of Tianyu Quality Control Manager and Technical Manager, the inspection specialists of TÜV SÜD passed test data to entrusted customers via multiple methods such as online videos, lab test reports, and on-site test reports by category. A total of 17 different items were tested including raw Material inspection, Mechanical test, Chemical test, Hydraulic pressure test, Metallographic inspection, Dimensional inspection, and ball passing test. All sorts of tests performed gave a comprehensive inspection of Tianyu production standards. After a full range of evaluation, Tianyu flagship product of cast iron stave cooler passed all the tests and was determined to be Qualified.
